How to Apply

Step 1 · Complete the Application Form

• Download the RICH Chinese Summer Camp application form

• Complete the form with student and parent/guardian information

No payment is required at this stage.

Step 2 · Prepare Required Documents

• Completed application form

• Copy of the student’s passport information page

Step 3 · Submit Your Application

• Email the completed application form to richchinesesummercamp@gmail.com

• Attach a copy of the student’s passport information page

• Our team will confirm receipt within 2 business days

Step 4 · Application Review

• Applications are reviewed individually by our team

• We may contact you if additional information or clarification is needed

Step 5 · Confirmation & Next Steps

• Families will be contacted after review

• Next steps and further details will be shared privately
