This is the most important question.
A university campus provides:
- Controlled access and security systems
- On-site medical facilities
- Safe student housing
- Clear management boundaries
- Stable learning environments
Compared to programs that rely on city hotels and daily sightseeing, campus-based programs offer a much higher level of safety and consistency for students aged 8–17.
2. Is your child supervised full-time?
A proper youth program should include:
- Airport pickup and drop-off
- Group accommodation
- Daily staff supervision
- Fixed counselors or homeroom teachers
- Evening room checks
Children and teenagers are not independent travelers. Continuous adult supervision matters far more than how many cities are visited.

5. Is there a long-term local operating team?
This part is often invisible to parents.

- Local emergency support systems
Programs run entirely through short-term outsourcing often lack these foundations.
A realistic conclusion for parents
China itself is not an unsafe country.
Most risks come from program structure, not geography.
What truly matters is:

- How emergencies are handled
- Whether students are treated as learners — not tourists
When these systems are in place, safety becomes manageable and predictable.

这是最重要的一条。
正规大学校园通常意味着：

- 清晰的人流与教学管理边界
相比“住城市酒店 + 每天外出游览”的模式，校园本身就是一道天然的安全屏障。 对青少年来说，固定校园远比频繁换地点更安全。
2. 是否是全程陪同管理，而不是拼团式操作？
一个真正面向青少年的项目，应该包含：
- 接送机统一安排
- 集体住宿
- 每日固定辅导员或班主任
- 全天带队管理
